My stay at Dear Hotel Madrid was overall enjoyable, thanks to the stunning rooftop views and friendly staff. However, I faced a few inconveniences with the air conditioning not being efficient, which affected my comfort during my visit. The location is fantastic for exploring the city, right at the end of Gran Via, although the bathroom could use some updates and improvements.

I really enjoyed my stay at Dear Hotel Madrid, especially the fantastic location right on Gran Via and close to plenty of attractions. The rooftop views were amazing, and breakfast was a standout with so many delicious options to choose from. However, I did find the pool area quite crowded, which made it tricky to relax. Overall, it was a lovely experience with some room for improvement.

Dear Hotel Madrid really shines with its fantastic location right on Gran Via. I loved being just a short walk from the stunning Palacio Real and having the metro station right at the hotel entrance. The views from both my room and the rooftop were absolutely amazing, making every evening special. However, I found the rooms to be quite cramped, lacking sufficient space for luggage, and the amenities were a bit basic, like the absence of a coffee maker in the room.
